Often when you drive in rural areas you will see signs selling property. If you're interested in buying rural real estate you will often work with a land management company. You will want to find a land management company that you trust and who you feel is working with you to come to an agreement. Some rural areas will only sell parcels for commercial or industrial use, while others can be for residential homes.
